Set up GZDOOM to automatically open my iwad?

Set up GZDOOM to automatically open my iwad?
I have an iwad I've been working on and a local copy of GZDOOM that I use to run it. I'd like to set it up to skip the game select menu and get straight into my iwad, is this possible? Thanks in advance
