- MAP09: The "Rotation Chamber" has been made less awful by removing one of the polyobjects and changing the rotation switch
- Icey Staff Alt. Fire flagged +MOVEWITHSECTOR. It now appropriately moves in the MAP01 castle for example
- SECRET01: The cave lizard battle area has been expanded to be bigger and better. There are now explosive barrels in the mix. There are some ZTerrain sand dunes too.
- MAP25: "Courtyards of Pain", there was an abnormally low sector ceiling which prevented the "fishing sunspots" from reaching the player. This was also updated on MAP24.
- MAP25: There is now a 4 track playlist because the music got to be way too repetitive
- MAP11: The 2nd floor fight with the Orb Users is now fixed. Orb users were unable to shoot a projectile.
- MAP11: The 3rd floor is reworked to make the fiends able to walk freely.
- MAP11: The two 3D floor lifts are now "idiot proof" in that players and monsters can't block them. The player simply snaps into place on them.
- Small Fiends are slower and weaker
- MAP29: The Barrel Volcano area is reworked.
- MAP18: "Gone with the Wind", the first building that can be entered has been setup with an interactive stacked sector to make the fall more realistic. This means that falling onto the box is not guaranteed and the angle is not adjusted. To compensate for this, wind on the rooftop was removed. Also on the same map, a very unaligned texture was fixed.
- Lizard Comrade weapon is reworked to look better
- MAP01: the 'Torture Chamber', the fiend enemies don't get stuck. There are also new 3D corpses in there. A few other minor changes to the map.
- Change impassible boundaries on ZTerrain in MAP03
- "Crushable Columns" have a better 'particle death sequence'
- Changed ICONDEAD sound back to the one I like
- Various actors moved from DECORATE to ZSCRIPT
- Navid is no longer transparent because it looked crappy
- Restored ambient lava bubble sound on MAP01
- Fixed reflective floor in MAP18
- Minor problems in the GLDEFS Lights
- Modified the Credits

Hello again. The latest version of SPZ1 is available. Check the first post for links. It features a few quality improvements such as simplifying the rotation chamber of MAP09.
