Bug report: If you hit the Esc key while talking to a shopkeeper during their "introduction", you won't be able to talk to anyone anymore. (I didn't check if this was permanent, or if it fixed itself after leaving the Holy Mountain, though)
Re: Wandmaster (Noita in Doom) - editable wands, magical items, quests, perks and more.
Thanks. Also fixed - 0.2c.

I'm loving this so far, but the player's lower speed has been tripping me up--I can't outrun revenant homing missiles anymore! D:
Also: This is definitely accurate to Noita, but getting an explosion spell as part of a shuffle wand is a special kind of pain
[Edit] For those of you having issues with getting enough money, it turns out that artifacts can be sold at the regular shops! You actually get a lot more money this way, though you can't get accessories or filled wands this way.
[Edit 2] Yeah, no, the movespeed is way too limiting. I basically can't do "don't take too much damage" quests because I physically can't dodge things the way mappers expect me to be able to, and the time it takes to build up a head of steam with the sprint meter makes a lot of platforming impossible too. It's how Noita's movement works, sure, but...

I can see that the default speed can be a bit harsh, but I can't get over the original Doomguy's running speed, its ridiculous. What wad were you playing ? I generally playtested it with TNT and Doom2, and there were no issues with speed.dawnbreez wrote: ↑Thu Feb 06, 2025 2:21 pm I'm loving this so far, but the player's lower speed has been tripping me up--I can't outrun revenant homing missiles anymore! And I thought I removed "explosion" type of spells from shuffle wands, but I think there still is a slim chance that they will generate, just to fuck around with players a bit

To contribute to this conversation, Sunlust's map1 soulsphere secret is literally impossible to obtain as Wandmaster-guy. Although it's also really hard for doomguy to make. Any timing-based secrets and quite a lot of other fanmade megawad platforming is either impossible or very difficult.

Reporting that when I get a quest to wear a cursed item, the cursed item generates with 0 durability resulting in an item with its negative effects not actually working (as it shows up as broken).
Related to that too, I think the red icon for fully broken equipped items is not showing up, though I can confirm damaged (yellow) works just fine.
Just in case, have you found out an alternative to right click on use for some item interactions? It seems technically Delta-Touch does support right click but somehow this seems to not be read by zForms (but overall, I'm not sure which side the problem lies). I still feel double click to use may the most intuitive - mostly I realize in Delta Touch at least when zForms windows show up, I cannot access any other digital buttons (to which I'd have just proposed allowing pickup key to also function as use)
