does someone know if at this day we can create sprites position with only one image ? 2d only, like old sprites
and creating death sprites from same original image.
It would be awesome if we can use AI for this.

Having done something like what you are talking about, yes we can to an extant, but my experience with AI has been lots of fighting to get it to do what you want it to do. If you have a single image of a character, you could use control net with open pose and make a death pose and use the original image as a reference, but the death pose will probably take quite a few tries to get the right result, then lots of manual editing, then running it back through the cycle again. Rinse repeat until finally you have what you want. 2-3 hours down the drain right there when you may have been able to just make it yourself. But if you don't have a lot of digital art skill it might work.
