I am absolutely flattered to see the developer of BOA (which I think is one of the best DOOM mods ever made honestly) comment on my mod!
I'll admit, the mod does utilize several models and SFX (f.e. waterfalls, smoke and rain) from BOA, but other than that since day one I made sure to make the mod look, play and feel absolutelly different, so that people don't consider it a "BOA ripoff but with communists instead of nazis", which was something I feared would be the case, but im really glad is not!
I'll admit, that Blade Of Agony was also the main inspiration behind using Wolfenstein 3D-style bosses, which was a great choice. Wolfenstein-style bosses give me a lot of ways to give each boss tons of character, with less sprites; that way I can make many unique and characterful bosses without making dozens of sprites for them; currently the mod features over 15 of them, both Soviet and Allied!

Oh wow after watching that trailer i do get Blade of Agony vibes looking forward to playing this when it's released.

Technical Update:
Some of you might be curious - How long until the mod will be done? What else is there to finish?
The only things left to finish in this mod are 3 maps, plus additional polish of the other finished 27 maps. Not anything major - only minor fixes, such as adding new textures, fixing areas which were rushed, fixing some music cues and the music's volume, plus three enemy graphics, including the final boss, who I really want to make a absolute menace to the player.
But what will come after that? Well, i'll playtest all of the mod myself to make sure all possible bugs, exploits, softlocks, etc. are fixed. And once I fix every bug/softlock/exploid/inconvinience that i'll find, i'll send the mod to several volunteering people, max 3, for private beta-testing, because I want to know people's opinion on the mod before I'll release it, because other people might encounter different bugs and problems than I will. This happened with MOTI a lot, f.e. with DOOM's vanilla hanging corpses popping out of barrels instead of food, a problem that people encountered but I personally didn't.

That's all fine, never meant it to be offensive. So happy to see some of the infinite amount of models I have ripped for BoA (and actors created) now being used in some other mods... And pretty snazzy ones have to say, congrats!
