Translations on voxels in Truecolor Software are broken

Test wad
voxelb.pk3
Instructions: Start up the wad, then switch to the software renderer. Start a new game on Doom 2's map01, and see that the zombiemen are broken voxels.

I might just move it to On Hold right now. The voxel drawing code is something nobody here wants to touch because it is extremely convoluted.

Late reply, but:
An easy fix would just be to disable translations for TrueColor Software like they are disabled in regular software. I was able to do this in my own build by just changing vis->translation to 0 instead of thing->translation.
