Forum rules Contrary to popular belief, we are not all-knowing-all-seeing magical beings!
If you want help you're going to have to provide lots of info. Like what is your hardware, what is your operating system, what version of GZDoom/LZDoom/whatever you're using, what mods you're loading, how you're loading it, what you've already tried for fixing the problem, and anything else that is even remotely relevant to the problem.
We can't magically figure out what it is if you're going to be vague, and if we feel like you're just wasting our time with guessing games we will act like that's what you're really doing and won't help you.
So I'm using some Mods on GZDOOM 4.10.0 and it usually runs perfectly. But when Gotcha! loaded up, GZDOOM started to lag out of nowhere. I tried turning Post Processing and Dynamic lighting off and that didn't work, Here are my computer specs:
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-9300H
CPU @ 2.40GHz 2.40 GHz
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650
7.84 GB RAM
Windows 10
So If anyone could help that would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Are you loading any mods?

User is using mods but unfortunately there is a recurring theme where it isn't mentioned which mods are used.
OP please mention which mods you are using. The common assumption would be Project Brutality and/or Brutal Doom since that's by far the most used mod, but love to hear back.
I fixed the problem. I'll admit this was kinda a stupid thing to ask because I had Geforce In Game Overlay on the whole time...
Sorry for the inconvenience, Thanks for helping!
