Doom Mod Request

Hi there, i'm looking for a skilled guy to make a really simple modification in WAD or PK3 format for me.(It just take some minutes to make this mod, i think under one hour)
I need a bright ssg Just like UnfairDoom SSG, but with normal reloading animation(also not smooth, original doom 2 ssg animation) and with original hand.
Also if there is a mod with bright SSG in web, tell me.
I tried to working with SLADE but i can't do this(I also watched too many youtube videos).

So if anyone can make this simple mod for me, i really really appreciate the help!

What exactly do you mean by "bright"? The color?

Judging by the video, I think they do just mean brightened up - as in, increase brightness in a graphics program:

Enjay if i do that all of the my game will be brighted up and i dont want that.
