Controller has different speed to keyboard.

Not sure if this is a bug, or a setting somewhere to be adjusted, but Raze has abysmal movement speed for me on my controller. Keyboard WASD controls seems to be fine, yet the moment I use a controller, its not using the same speed values. Its so slow that I move slower than walking speed, while auto-run is active.

I deleted my ini and did a full reset with the current release version, and its still doing this. Is there a way to fix this and have the controller match the keyboard speed? GZDoom does not have this problem, my same controller works out of the box there.

EDIT: Clarifying that it affects all my games, Duke, Exhumed, Blood and Shadow Warrior are all the equivalent of walking through a tar pit unless I use the keys
