Sir. you are a legend. I am in a process of scavenging Spriting Carnival thread for lost/rare sprites to add to my future list of things to use/modify/consider for my mod. And you can't imagine how many OSJC_ prefixed amazing files I now have on my drive .

thats incredibly pleasing to hear. if you're after any other resources not here (or you dont like cutting out spritesheets) feel free to rip any of the stuff of mine out of major crisis: https://www.moddb.com/mods/osjcs-doom-major-crisis, a simple credit will do if you use anything, oh and don't forget to tell others about MC!Deon wrote:Sir. you are a legend. Believe me, I did try this but motion blur on a small sprite of this low quality does not translate well. it just looks like its really clean and shiny so no dice there.Ravick wrote:Hey... would you make some of them rolling? If anyone else can do it, please do and post it here!

Re: OSJC's Resources (mostly map decorations!)
I hope you don't mind but, building on your fence textures, I made some additional ones that might be easier to use in some circumstances because each "cell" is 8x8.
The last one will give two fence posts when used on a single, continuous line but, honestly, I was struggling to get things lined up with a single post like the originals. I also had to make the fence posts a bit thinner to make them fit the 8x8 sizing.
Anyway, after doing the above, I realised that making the "cells" smaller meant that there was a higher pixel to blank space ratio (i.e. they were less see-through). So they might be a bit frustating in game in as much as they might block vision too much. Soooo, I thinned out the wires a little
Feel free to do whatever you like with them (assuming that latchford is OK with that) and, of course, credits to osjclatchford for the original.
And, no, I'm not doing the "wonky" ones.

thanks Enjay, the more options for map-resource stuff like this the better in my opinion!

revisisted this fence today to add some barbed wire and to make sure the 'bent-up' one lines up with the regular ones better on the right side.
its also a bit darker. making it less obstructive on map its designed for (tnt's map20)

some of you may remember when craneo took my blood style 'innocents' and attempted to clean them up and domify them a bit.
He did a grand job, especially with the cleanup but I decided to revisit these today and managed to doomify them even more! credit to Bjecinst, DeeDeeOZ, Craneo, dnf2013 team, id and Monolith!
look great in citymaps I suggest using them with blood's innocent sounds. they surprisingly fit in nicely as living decorations now...
