Both limits and the speed penalty are configurable.
This should work with any weapon mod!

Will say I wish we could have an option to prevent picking up weapons once you reach the limit so you have to drop your weapons you don't want to exchange them. Maybe keep the slow-down at the first limit, then instead of losing health at the second limit, you just lose the ability to pick up more weapons until you drop something.
