Spoiler:
It freezes when checking for network status. The network debug flag didn't write anything out to file for some reason.

There's an open bug report for this that's still unaddressed: viewtopic.php?f=290&t=67694

Yo! Here's a bunch of stuff I've been working on since my last development update in June: All in all, 1.7 is still not even nearly done. However, it will likely be released this year! Stay tuned.

Definitely excited for the new version, I'm hyped up after watching those videos linked above.

Some more stuff I did:
  • a being of light?
  • The Vital Scanner can now show up under enemies. This video also shows off the changes I made to the burst rifle.
  • Assassin can sprint. I apparently forgot to show this in the movement video.
  • Better rain, better menus. Don't mind the visual glitch at the end, that was fixed. (Amusing detail: the selector uses the player's crosshair color.)
  • Dark Lord's shotgun is mostly complete, besides the animations and polish and info pa-- okay fine I just made the firing animation and sound.

Looks more like a being of oreo cookies to me. Is that thing going to look blocky on my end? I use the "Square" setting with particles in the options, I don't know if mods can override that.

It's not using any particles at all.

Actually, I made this enemy before Repentance was out. :P I just hadn't shown it in this thread before.
The attack patterns will definitely be inspired by Dogma, though.

Have you ever considering adding a patch for Corruption Cards

I'm curious how that'll work

Does it not work already? I'll try and add support if it doesn't.
