I'd would of hoped for being able to actually be recognized as disabled and mentally challenged so I can hopefully be placed on some sort of wellfare/basic income so I can have a place to myself, away from my apathetic family who don't actually care or acknowledge my outstanding mental health problems.

But, since I've long since realized this is virtually impossible, and given how the government operates in the US it seems hopeless to hope for anything at all.

My hopes for the 2021 year?
1. Repair & reset my broken sanity - I didn't talk about it on the forums as I didn't consider it appropriate to talk about this
2. Successfully pass my Microsoft 365 certification exams
3. Start climbing higher in the IT industry

more good music and more good games. maybe there will be a new aphex twin album, this year there were two new autechre albums. im into that weird ai type music. i used to listen to vocaloid a lot then it got annoying after a year, a girl i liked listend to it and i dont know if we are friends or not most the time. a lone forever, i have hope for 2021 though.

By now, all I really want is to be able to go hang out with friends again. I don't usually get in the mood to do that, so not being able to when I am, has been the part that sucked the most this last year. So, hopefully, at some point...

These aren't going to be the smartest or biggest things you'll hear in this thread; but at this point, all I really want are:

1. The DOOM Slayer added to Super Smash Brothers. He's been on multiple Nintendo platforms already: the 1990s originals were ported to the SNES and the GBA, the 2016 reboot and DOOM Eternal were both on the Switch, and there was that exclusive on the N64 back in 1997 I think it was. There's no reason to NOT have DoomGuy in Smash. Might actually get me to buy a Switch and Smash Ultimate just so I can Smash it up as DoomGuy.
2. Sticking with the subject of Nintendo, new F-Zero game. I know the series has been dormant for an extremely long time, but I just really want to get back to the simple, fast, exciting roller-coaster futuristic racer ideal that F-Zero represented. It'd be nice to see a new season of the F-Zero Grand Prix.
3. A racing game that goes back to the style of what Need For Speed used to be BEFORE the first Underground released. Doesn't even have to be by any specific company, just needs to focus on delivering a fast and exciting race and chase experience with a roster comprised of Detroit V8 Muscle and elegant European Exotics, racing through scenic locales as far away from city streets as you can get, while listening to fast-paced hard rock music.

{sigh} That said, I expect to see this year disappoint me on all of those, just like last year and the year before.

I hope I continue makin' A's in school, at least for my Associate's. Bachelor's is pro'bly goin' to be a lot harder. That's all that really matters to me. Everything else is out of my control.
