Need a bit of help!

Ok here is the deal. I have a USB peer to peer cord, and I can transfer files with it, but how do I set up a Multiplayer game with it? Is there some specall program or driver I need, or do I need to configure Windows with for it?

You need to configure Windows with it. Provided you can access each other's computers with such cord, you should be able to set up a network game on ZDoom just like always.

I own both the computers, the only thing the software that came with it does is transfer files. So how do I configure Windows to simulate a lan so I can play multiplayer?

Unfortunately, I wouldn't know how to set up such a thing. You might try searching Google for USB Network Drivers or something...
