Here are my personal suggestions for
DOOM: Kar En Tuk that might hopefully make it into the Alpha Build:

Centered Weapons:
I'm gotta give props to ID Software for including the option to play
DOOM (2016) and
DOOM Eternal with "centered" versions of the Doom Slayer's weapons. In fact, as of writing this, someone is nearly done making "centered weapon" sprites based on
DOOM Eternal's beefy arsenal (apart from nostalgia goodness). Maybe an add-on might make this happen! I hope!

Expanded Blood and Gore Options:
All the bloodily-gory goodness of
DOOM Eternal is good and all, but some people might find all that gore a
little too much for them to take in. (Looking at you, gaming journalists who can't play
DOOM (2016) and
DOOM Eternal without whining about the game every few seconds!) I suggest the game also has the option to adjust the amount of blood spawned whenever you hit a Hellspawn with your gun/Blood Punch/Glory Kill/Chainsaw. The option should have this:
Realistic (the minimal amount of blood used in
v2.0 of
D4T: Death Foretold, which i and a few others liked!),
Normal (the default blood option for
Kar En Tuk) and
Brutal (for those seeking to replicate the bloody gore of
Brutal Doom, because no one f***ing asked, including myself!)

More Multiplayer Modes:
To be really honest, i haven't played
DOOM Eternal and i haven't got the chance to play its Multiplayer Mode. That being said, those who played
DE might lose their collective s*** if a "BattleMode" is included in the mod, maybe in a future patch or two. Fingers crossed!

Resource Packs for Mapwad Makers:
I was kinda hoping for a mapset that recreates the
DOOM (2016) experience, but there's not a single Google search where there's a dedicated mapwad exclusively for
D4T: Death Foretold just for that! Maybe you might release resource pack(s) for both
D4T: Death Foretold and
DOOM: Kar En Tuk for all them mapwad makers to use! Or heck, a community mapwad project! That would be cool!

More Glory Kill Options:
I'm still impressed with all the Glory Kills recreated in
Kar En Tuk, though you can ask some of your fans what Glory Kill they want to appear in the mod. Maybe a Weapon-Specific Glory Kill or two. Also, you might wanna work on improving the "Glory Kill Shader" (the effects that appears when you stagger an enemy, leaving them wide-open for a Glory Kill), because it kinda lacks some...flair!

New Fonts Gallore!:
Also, simply apply this font (

KET, and voila! Complete
DOOM Eternal conversion mod!

Kar En Tuk! Perhaps this might help in the development of the mod. No pressure!
