Vanilla Doom Plus -monster randomizer is a randomizer mod that has many different monsters and balanced for vanilla gameplay (so you are not forced to play the game with overpowered weapon mods, I guess)

Updated. Always good to have a monster pack that mixes up the monsters a little bit without needing Russian Overkill for an example. Though some people might like that.

Untitled's Touhou Doom Monsters has been entirely superceded by my version of Untitled's Touhou Doom monsters (which is because I am the titular Untitled), which combines both the Gensokyo enemies AND the danmaku demons, and allows you to set the proportions on how many of each actually spawn. It also contains a bunch of misc. changes, but most of those aren't as big a deal:
