The weapons, the lore... They're all fun to interact and has unique feel into them. It seems like there's only chaingun(unwieldy 5 minigun-barreled weapon) replacement to finish! Looking forward to its complition.

However, Spreadgun's White Phosphorus(Black Shell) Shell causes the game to freeze for a second when you fire it for the first time. I turned off both brightmap and light option at the launcher but it didn't work.

Also the fire hurts you as well. So i'm wondering, how long for fire to go out? You can put out the fire by diving into watery surface, but what if there's none?

Was hoping I could run it with lzdoom or some kind of compatability, really want to try this one after I enjoy a heck of a lot of Doomreal, fingers crossed that I can play this soon enough.

Right now, only three weapons are left to do. My apologies but there is actually no chaingun equivalent in here (though one is planned for post-release).

In recent news. The Wallbuster has been added, although its namesake feature hasn't been implemented yet (need to look into how to blow up doors).

That leaves only two more weapons, and then the beta stage can begin.

It's been half a year since I started working on this "full time", and damn, if it's been one hell of a ride. I'm having a lot of fun with this, actually, compared to other projects. I have to thank everyone who's been along for the ride, especially all the people who've tested stuff and given feedback.

Anyhoo, you're doing a great job modding this awesome and creative mod full-time. That teaches me to get my modding crap together! Heh

Hideous Destructor has been doing it for a while, actually - rockets/grenades, the Thunderbuster, and I think a couple other explosive tools can blow up doors.

Well, how about that! You literally can break the game! But honestly though, as funny as it sounds, considering limit before adding it would be balancing. Like not able to break the locked doors that require key or pressed switch.

To be fair, without it some maps can be impossible to complete due to Hideous Destructor's realism. Timed doors in particular.

I tinkered around with newly added chaingun-esq weapon, which is named Wallbuster and Early-spoilers: It's not really a chaingun but rotary shotgun. It rather exceeded my expectations of having good ol' automatic weapon. It's very powerful, detailed yet easy to use. Thanks, auto manual! But can i expect more reloading features like shuffle or automatically putting the same ammo at once? I know that i'm making more of an errand but it's gonna be worth it, methinks!

And btw, gib effect in this mod is absolutely satisfying and spaghetti-licious. But sometimes the amount of blood and gore are too much and would lag the game. Is there any way to tone it down?

(So you actually can hit any switch with shotgun slug but the exit switch booooooo)

Thought about that, guess I can add more keys and go beyond the usual menu binds. "Automatically putting the same ammo" should be easy if I just make the menu remember the last selected type (then you can just press enter right away to autoload it).

Edit: Menu now remembers last ammo selected, also shuffling added with tab key. On top of that, I tweaked partial reloads a bit so it doesn't reload the current barrel group if it's full, shifting instead to the previous. Useful for cases like pic below:

You can queue reloads for just those two groups before it, instead of having to do three.

Do what the tooltip says and use Nashgore instead. :P

Important note: Due to some new things happening (that I was waiting for for a long time), mod now requires GZDoom 4.4.0 minimum.
