Thanks, very nice to hear :) Have fun! :)
Can be easily made into an enemy skin (trooper or sergeant), if there will be much interest - can consider doing their skins variants as well.
There is a belt, yes, but there is also his naked belly above, being covered with blood.
Well, if you mean the red line then we agree, maybe it was a misunderstanding (especially if you'll look at my avatar), as I was looking into more "skin-colored" parts. The brown one if definitely a belt knuckle, no doubt about that.

UPDATE:: updated the download with "belly-fix", improved some personal nitpicks on death frames along the way.

I think it could work really well as an enemy. There are surprisingly few skeletal enemies that have been added to Doom - perhaps because it's difficult to make them look good or avoid them looking too comical, but this may form the basis of an enemy that doesn't suffer those problems.

Sergeant will be harder to convert, as he has different weapon. But trooper conversion is quite fast

Neat. Looks very good. It would make sense if these were used to populate a long abandoned UAC base where corpses have had time to become skeletons. It definitely works IMO. :yup:

I wonder if adding any revenant-style blood staining/flesh remnants would improve or detract from it?

Well...could work either way...we'll leave it to skin modders :)
We want it to look more distinct, "dry" of a sort, that's the thing with bones (also less work for me, heh)...flesh makes it more zombielike.

Shit, that line made me feel bad, because i haven't noticed your avatar while focusing on the sprite only. Sorry about linking the Doom cover art

Doom logo is amazing. Every time I stare at the details of this 4 letters, I start getting unsettling feelings. [kind of like z.Beksinski paintings]

Aliens: Colonial Marines is not really a good game, but had some good graphics. Excellent rip!
