So, since Brutal Doom's v20+ update, it has got this "level enhancer" module put on it that makes maps look prettier and more decorative, including shadows.
Is there any standalone of it?
I like Brutal Doom, but I want to use "Final Doomer" weapons instead.

There isn't one readily available, to my knowledge. Someone would have to separate that portion out - and from what I've heard about how that's implemented, that will not be an easy task.
