i need zips for some mods cause 7zip doesnt work

Have you tried updating your 7zip to the most recent version?

no because it is cause by my stepdads pin. he put a pin on my computer cause he doesn't trust me. what happens is i finish the install and then it asks for the pin interrupting the proccess and crashing the installer so i cant get past the installer screen. after he give the pin the first time.

If 7zip is already on the machine - and he was happy with that, he may also be happy to let you upgrade it (or do it himself for you). Maybe worth asking?

its not that its out of date its the version i first got didnt work when it was brand new. no version will work.

Ah, right. I misunderstood. Am I right in saying it doesn't work because of the pin? Would your stepdad be open to you explaining what 7zip is and then asking if he can install it with his pin to ensure that it gets installed properly?
