Thanks for making a nice monster randomizer mod.
I think this mod needs some difficulty settings.
In current build, every enemy spawns in the same chance.
I won't say it's bad, but sometimes I want to lower spawn chances of stronger enemies, because they often make the game too hard when I use somewhat weaker weapon mods.
Mods like DoomRL monsters or Project Brutality have settings for that.

Skulldozer does way too much damage. He 3 shots you at full health with hitscan and has huge health.
