Add "-" and "." to INDEXFONT_DOOM

(or whatever that font is called internally that has the tiny numbers)
It's been a while since mods got complicated enough that little hud readouts for things other than natural numbers would be useful.

Requesting rather than asking how to do it myself because this can have a lot of application elsewhere.
(also I have no idea how to do it myself )


EDIT: I've made a bunch of them and figured out where INDEXFONT_DOOM (edited title) was. Is this worth adding to gzdoom.pk3 or are they better off as a mod resource?
