Actor hits floor/ceiling doesn't trigger on sloped 3D floors
Actor hits floor/ceiling actors work as intended on normal 3D floors, but they don't trigger on sloped 3D floors.

Sure, here it is. The spike doesn't kill the player, but red floor after it does.

Your sectors are simply too small. The player can never really stand in them.
