Currently, when using a tall sky texture in a map, the horizon shifts downwards, and the bottom half of the sky sphere/cylinder gets covered more than the top; I'm specifically using 140px tall textures because I want the opposite of this to happen, in that the texture should cover more of the top of the skydome while keeping the horizon directly in the middle.
In the interest of additional flexibility, I'm requesting that some sort of "HorizonHeight" value be added to MAPINFO, so that one could potentially shift the sky horizon upwards or downwards, depending on what effect they desire.

Re: Adjust sky horizon in MAPINFO
This already exists, but needs to be set per texture in ANIMDEFS.
Here's an example:
skyoffset sky5 -56

well I'm dumb. Not sure how I missed that, since I combed over the wiki looking all over for this. A bit unintuitive that it's in ANIMDEFS, though.

When this was added it had to change the texture, so it made sense back then.
