[refactor branch] UsePlayerStartZ being ignored [possibly]

I discovered that when using the map refactor branch, if the map is supposed to start you on top of a 3D Floor, it doesn't. I'm guessing it might be ignoring the "UsePlayerStartZ" flag in MAPINFO or something. Not too sure, but example map is below.

At least this one is a lot easier to report than my last issue was, the difficulty was remembering you needed that parameter to make it work in the first place. :P
