[Level Refactor bcc1aa95b] SW renderer crashes on new game

Starting a new game from the main menu with the Carmack software renderer will crash the game. This does not affect Softpoly or the OpenGL renderer.
This will only happen if you haven't started a game with the other renderers in that session yet.

Steps to reproduce:
  • Start GZDoom
  • If not on Doom Software, enable it now
  • Start a new game. GZDoom will crash instantly.

fixed. Curse the software renderer's design that still relies too much on global state.
