Well I'm back at it again.
Here's a new version of DMW, which contains a handful of small fixes. Mostly texture alignments, correct terrain splashes and other boring fiddly bits. I've also updated a few things in the mod credits, as a certain character sprite went publicly uncredited. Whoops.

Barring further issues I'll also update the special version. Then it's on to the sanitized version, which is looking like it might take more work than I initially thought.

Haha ReformedJoe should get the credit for this one. He's really given me some cool ideas for future areas.

I dunno, "Team Vostyok" has a nice ring to it.

Anyway:

After a few hours of cutting and tweaking I have completed the sterilized edition. I've run through it a few times with several gameplay mods, some new some old.
However saying this is "well tested" would be what we call a "lie". Note that mods with enhanced movement capabilities will allow you to break some boundaries,
and also to see certain objects from angles they were never meant to be seen. I could add a bunch of new blocking lines, but where's the fun in that?

Grab it here:

Played through the sterilised edition on Hideous Destructor; besides this jump(at least, I assume you need to jump up and through here), it played quite nicely and I had a good time.

Hmm, I loaded HD up and had a look. That jump can be a pain even under normal circumstances, but it seems impossible with HD.

I think what I'll do is add another stack of crates to make it more forgiving.

EDIT: I made the change, new versions of the core version and the sterile edition are uploaded. Basically just added a crate which HD players can mantle up on.

Once I'm sure the dust has truly settled I'll update the special version.

A new version of the special photosensitive edition is linked in the op. The disclaimer still applies. This version brings the special edition in line with the main release. Enjoy.

As always, please report any issues.

Yeah that's pretty nifty.

You deserve the praise. In terms of the atmosphere icarus talks about, the music does most of the heavy lifting.

Super Congrats on being mentioned by ICARUS himself, my friend! You've earned it, yet deserve such tremendous vid.
