You can unzip it to the gzdoom folder and run it.

After running gzdoom, press the home key and set the Home tab to DefaultPreset.ini in the gzdoom folder path.
End key to toggle between existing and mode graphics.

it reminds me of playing doom on my old CRT monitor where colors really shined.

Weeeell... I'm really sorry, I didn't want to be too harsh, but when I actually saw the screenshots... Yeah, this is horrid. It gives me anxiety. I deal with my shitty eyesight enough in reality, no thank you!

I'm hoping that the blur is unintentional, perhaps?

I'm reminded about the time when I used to 'enhance' screenshots in Neopaint with the soften filter in 1994...
