Get angle and velocity of Polyobjects

Get angle and velocity of Polyobjects
It would be nice if there was some GetPolyobjAngle, GetPolyobjVelX and GetPolyobjVelY, it would be good enough to reduce the hackiness of a ridable platform. It would still look like a midtexture 3D bridge but it's good enough for now until we get those sweet SRB2-style polyobjects (never, i know)

Polyobjects have no velocity and no angle so this cannot be retrieved. If they move, the entire movement is induced by outside forces.
