CanPickupItem virtual

A virtual for actors with +PICKUP flag could use this to great effect. One thing I want to do is, for morphs, I'd like to make certain things allowed for pickup while still preventing the rest. Basically this will allow me to make a blacklist or a whitelist of items, because in D4D I'd like to permit the ability to pick up upgrades.
