So, to start off, my pc is an atomic toaster, Has Intel HD Graphics, and cannot open the newer GZDoom versions, so i use the vintage version.
But almost every single time i load a new map the game crashes. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.
It says this:
Code: C0000005 (Access Violation - tried to read address 0000006C)
Address: 7365A6B1
Please help.

We need more information. Is there more to the message? Is there a crash report to save? What are the full specs of your computer?

That address looks like it's inside the graphics driver. So there may be a deeper problem.

You could try disabling render buffers ('gl_renderbuffers 0' in the console).

Windows 8 Pro 64-bit, Intel HD graphics and Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU B800 @ 1.50GHz (2 CPUs), ~1.5GHz
And yes, there is a report so save

HD Graphics 2000, OpenGL 3.1? I think this is a graphics driver problem.
Do you have the latest driver installed? If so you could try LZDoom and hope it won't crash, if not update your driver.

I tried using QZDoom and it crashed less, i have updated my drivers recently, though i updated them using the windows function, i will try and update them from the Intel site
