Okay, I have a weird thing happening and I'm not sure if it's anything to worry about. I'm using the latest build; R3039. Whenever I save, a RestartManager event is logged in the system event viewer. I just find it a bit odd. I'm not sure if RestartManager is something I should worry about.

first of all, great work!

I would like to see three minor issues fixed:

1) the map options menu window to be scalable.
2) the Actor options menu window to be scalable.
3) you can edit angle, pitch and roll of 3d models in the actor menu, it would be cool to see an otion to mirror models, too. That way mappers could mirror models on their maps with just a single click intead of mirroring a model in Blender and defining Modeldef and Decorate for it....

Thanks and keep up the good work, the Bugfix-versions of GZDOOMBUILDER are way more stable and they rock!

Well, this is just great piece of software. And right now, the only thing keeping me on windows. I can imagine the amount of work to rewrite it to completely different enviroment, but I cannot help myself from asking: Will there be in the future a linux port of gzdoombuilder?

What exactly does the event say?

The Linux port of GZDB is up to changing DirectX to OpenGL. I'm not doing it right now.

Is this even possible in GZDoom?

Historically. Not sure if that needs changing, I sure can later. But yea easier to just install 7zip.

Hi, very long time that I don't post anything here due to PC upgrade and real life issues... And whats happening now is something new since I think I didn't anything bad to get this: I can't run GZDB-Bugfix x64 builds on my pc, which has Win7 Ultimate sp1 x64 and these.

Anyone has any clues? I have installed all prerequisites but that message pops always unless I downgrade to 32bit builds (it was fine 3 days ago on my old pc, now upgraded to 6core cpu).
Any help would be HIGHLY appreciated, since I need it for Blade of Agony and my other projects.

[EDIT]: Installing MVC++ 2017 x64 14.15.2706 fixed the issue, thanks to GitHub :3:

I have installed Net Framework 4.6.1 as it was exactly required by the installer. Still have random crashing, seems like I must try the new framework.

You can do that by adding a "-" sign when editing scale parameters!

i have a huge problem at the moment with newest build (r3039-x64 / r3039) as i cannot get to see any of my md3 models in the editor but shows in game fine.
i did every updates with my computer, video card, slimdx, framework and directx... still nothings shows up.

It appeared i had maybe the same problem than PixelWAD, but it wasn't it... i did everything he did and still never show up.
viewtopic.php?f=123&t=61858&p=1078787#p1078417

i used the following downgrading 1 by one.

GZDoom_Builder_Bugfix-r3039-x64 ---> see no model
GZDoom_Builder_Bugfix-r3039 ---> see no model
GZDoom_Builder_Bugfix-r3036-x64 ---> see no model
GZDoom_Builder_Bugfix-r3036 ---> see no model
GZDoom_Builder_Bugfix-r3030-x64 ---> see no model... complete black screen in the map grid, cannot see anything.
GZDoom_Builder_Bugfix-r3030 ---> see no model... complete black screen in the map grid, cannot see anything.
GZDoom_Builder_Bugfix-r3012 ---> see no model

So, i want to be able to downgrade a little more but the page where are stored older build doesn't show more.
Can it be possible i get every build made for bug-fix version? I very need my models to show up when i map, my mod is currently made of 3d models.
I feel sad because i came back into editing and saw that huge improvement of this editor but like a little too late to grab every build in backup.

Thanks.

my C drive is only allowed for the Windows OS and updates... fixed partition of 200GB... in case the OS crash, i only lost the OS part.
