where is the last coin in Pumpkin Pathway? I found the one in the garden maze behind the house, and I got the one on the giant circular platform that has the target you need to shoot. But I cant find this last coin.

nevermind finally found it in the tree near the normal exit. god, these coins are really well hidden

No, but anyone is welcome to do that if you want, wouldn't be hard.
The golden weapons are supposed to be the main reward for collecting Big Coins, adding them as random spawns would defeat the whole purpose of that.

Played the game for few hours and got more feedback and suggestions;

- Seems like Lava stream texture is not the only texture that is able to generate bullet holes. Water, Purple and Quicksand one also has the same problem. Doesn't mean that it'll interrupt the gameplay, but looks redundantly comical.

- Can we have a boss health meter? Some bosses are hard to figure out how much health left. Fallen Knight is one weird example.

- Big Poisonous flower enemy drops coins way slower than its weaker version. Intentional?

- Would be nice if clapping sound plays after i kill all of the golden spiders or collect all golden skull in certain maps. They are also well hidden. Right?

- Besides unlocking golden weapon at the shop, is there any advantage i can get after collecting a Big coin? Health Recovery would be nice.

- Some sign in Chilly Cliff say the cold water will turn you into a Popsicle... Although it normally kills you unlike what the sign said. Make player frozen when snow monsters and the cold water kills it, maybe?

- Spiked-ball throwing green baddies disappears when gibbed. Intentional?

P.S: I think i just found some serious glitch; I have beaten the Moonlight Morass by finding secret exit. But nothing happens and never let me advance to the secret map. Is this fixed in recent version?

What would be the recommended mods for this one? I read somewhere telling we can play this with any mod we want, but what could get along well with Golden Souls 2? Gameplay mods that utilize important native Doom items like mega/soulspheres, armors, etc would surely have some missing stuff with this, and I think you'd need a patch for this to work with weapons.

No, weapon mods are not compatible. As I written on the main page, do not play with mods unless they are specifically made for gs2, otherwise things will break. You've probably read that review which said at the end to play this with guncaster, but truth is, after talking to them, they didn't even test it before recommending it, so it was really misleading. If you want you can load it with Pywheel, that mod is supported.

Or weaponsets that have been patched I guess? I think Final Doomer could make the cut provided a patch for it is made for GS2, since it's pretty simple compared to other weapon mods out there.

Legendoom, maybe. The golden coin rewards are the possible problem AFAIK.

imo it's very wise and fun enough to play the mod with its one and only own weaponry and other features. It's perfectly fine and fun to play, but i would like to see some custom maps especially made for GS2, though.

Anyway got more feedback for ya;

These icy platforms in Chilly Cliffs are hard to land; because they're really short and easy to get slipped over and i think it's kinda tricky to just advance normally. It's not even a pathway to the secret level or something. However 2nd platforms after managing to jump over are long enough to land on... I don't get it, frankly.

Lastly, i'd like to see if someone makes whole perfect walkthrough for this mod. Like finding some big coin secrets, levels and such. I'm too dumbo for completing the astral accomplishment!

Yeah, I would love seeing more bonus maps in the future if we can.

Not that I dislike the GS2 weapons, but for me, I'll say at least play GS2 with the original weapons before deciding to actually go with a different weaponset. I've finished it, so I'm looking for a way to play GS2 with some added twists. Kind of like a "bonus mode", if you know what I mean

Try Soaring Comet, it's the super-ultra hard mode with enemy variations.

Forgot GS2 had different enemy variations in the highest difficulty...

I bet that's EVEN MORE challenging. Give it a try and good luck beating the GS2 with difficulty! :P

Anyway got extra-even-more feedback;

- Dry Revenant is indestructible in certain maps with insta-death traps; Some Dry Revenant fallen into the pit once. Later on, i just noticed that monster count at the automap is keep rising and rising. I checked it out why and it was that Revenant causing all the trouble.

- The boss monster Azazel still bobs and floats upon death. Also i think he's underwhelming than other bosses unlike Fallen Knight. Otherwise, he's not challenging enough.

I need some help with the cacolady quest. I seem to have killed all the golden spiders in each ''spooky'' level yet my total amount is just 78 I need 2 more but I don't know where to look anymore. In each ''spooky'' level there's no golden spider counter anymore so they're all gone. Where can I find the last 2 golden spiders?

There are a lot of unreachable coins in Shrine of the Abyss.

I think I have them all on this screenshot.

They're flying coins that are placed above the sector ceiling. Some of them can be seen while no-clipping.




There's also one in Relic Ruins that's completely outside of playable geometry.
