AOL & Yahoo Messenger entries in forum software
Might it be possible to disable/remove them in the UserCP since AIM no longer functions and Yahoo Messenger is scheduled to shut down on July 17th.

One would have to modify the forum software directly, I'd think. The Admin CP allows us to add custom profile info fields, but not remove the defaults.Glaice wrote:Might it be possible to disable/remove them in the UserCP since AIM no longer functions and Yahoo Messenger is scheduled to shut down on July 17th.

It could be done by digging into the PHP, tweaking the CSS, and doing a little SQL (if anyone cares about what might already be in the database).

I don't really think so, either.

We still have a MSN field, it'll be fine.
