Unfortunatly, no. :(
I do know that someone else is working on a project similar to Shades of Death (a working title for my weapon mod). It was mentioned in one of the ZDoom Discord rooms, me thinks. :)
Ahhhhhh. I getcha. Excited for whatever you have in store for this, regardless!!

So... v1.2 is up and running.
I wasn't able to make patches for all the mods I wanted to, but then again I found some mods that are compatible (at least now they are).
See the changelog for a list of changes.

Have fun, my dudes! :D

When I tried to download your mod, avast warned me of a phishing site - now I have some browser hijacker redirecting me to Bing and I'm freaking out.
Edit: My bad, so it's not your fault so much as a horrible timing.

This mod is on Google Drive. Whatever issue you had, it's not the download link's fault. You very likely already had some virus on your machine, which tried to perform a phishing attempt to steal your Google password if you have one.

Oh, dear. That's even worse. I don't know why none of the other google links on this site didn't have that issue, but it only surfaced on here.

All fear aside, this mod is pretty damn fun and it's been a blast to play it.

Dude, you've just come out of a 7 day ban for moronic behavior, and the first thing you do is ask for a feature you've asked for before. Get real, man...
The answer to your question is still the same:

No

Random question: Could this affect drops/spawns tied to certain creature types? I was playing Argent on a Megawad with this, and that normally causes the Gauss and Minigun to drop from Cybie and Spiders, but none did so in this run, even from a standard model Cyberdemon that showed up.

I also noticed Legendoom doesn't seem to create any Legends that I noticed when I had Shades on, though that may have been a strange fluke or I was being dense, because one stage generated two different types of Caco (those may have been the legends, hard to tell).

Not asking for patches or anything, just wondering.

There's a patch for Argent you can use. The link is in the OP.

Shades of Doom doesn't work with Legendoom. I've tried making them work, but I'm having a hard time doing so. :(

DERP, totally missed that. Thanks.

I'm guessing colourful hell doesn't work either?

I highly doubt it. The way Shades of Doom spawns monsters makes it unlikely to work with other randomizers.
But if you wan't monsters to be more varied, I suggest you run it alongside Champions. :)
