Sorry if I'm posting this in the wrong place. I don't know if it's an actual bug or just the way Gzdoom handles textures for the final Doom iwads.
So I make a zip file, I do the "hires" directory, I do the sky1 texture, and it seems to work fine. I do the same for skies 2 and 3. I test out Doom and Doom2 to find all textures are rendered properly, and now onto final dooms. Plutonia first set of levels looks good. Now I warp to level 12 on Plutonia and for some reason the sky looks mashed to about half it's vertical height. So it looks really ugly. Same happens to the later set of levels on sky3. TNT seems to have the same problem but starting from the first set of levels. I've triple checked to make sure all textures were the same resolutions and all check out. All this was done in OpenGL mode. Does GZdoom treat these specific textures differently or? Forgive me for such questions, I'm relatively new and attempting some very lite modifications since a lot of high resolution packs I've used for sources tend to be bare bones.
Something weird is going on with sky textures.

Plutonia's and TNT's skies are 4x as wide as the regular ones (i.e. 1024x128 instead of 256x128), so that they do not repeat. Your replacements for those also need to be 4x as wide

Thanks Graf, I'll give that a shot.
Edit: After a good while, I began to see the problem. Turns out those sky textures I was using really don't stretch well for their res.
So they'll always look that way unless I find a better base image that's really wide to work with.

Speaking of skies, what is going on here:

This is something I've seen with short skies ever since I've upgraded from GZDoom 2.2.0 to 3+. R_stretchsky doesn't work anymore as well. So, does GZDoom not stretch skies anymore? What's going on?
Sorry if this is reviving a topic, but I've been confuzzled seeing this in level-packs and not knowing what the fix is, if there is one.
I'm running in fullscreen mode, full hardware rendering, GZDoom 3.2.5.
