Hello, sorry for posting this unecessary topic but I cannot PM anyone since I haven't been around long enough to do so, so I'll ask it here instead.
I was trying to post something in the "Resources" section, but I didn't find the "New Topic" button, I looked everywhere and I couldn't find it. Is it because there's an actual topic that I need to post it or is it because of my Newbie status? Also, I would have liked to PM Graf Zahl, but as I mentionned earlier, I can't.

Well, regarding why you can't PM anybody, that's a side-effect of still being Newly Registered - this status goes away when you've made your third post on the forums. Since this is your third post, that status is now gone. Hooray! Now you can PM people.
But to answer the other question, the Resources Forum presently has a system in place where only users that we've approved can start new topics in it. If you want to apply for this, use the Submit button in this thread to request to be added to the group. Sorry for the bureaucracy, but we've been having some problems with threads going in there that don't belong there, and people posting resources that are not theirs to post.
