Author never come back here and his/her account disabled, unless someone knows him/her then I guess it's dead, maybe the author already given up long time ago and never come back...
(Google "ChubbyGoat" and "Exterminator" and found no other results about the TC but only that ZDooM forum thread you linked, that ChubbyGoat has Youtube but again, nothing about the TC too, seems inactive long time ago too.)
