Never noticed that there was a pinky demon eating a a zombie in the titlemap of Doom :ODoc_Proton wrote:I tried to make a clean version of the Ultimate Doom Titlepic for projects and stuff by using the cutout by Seidolon from this thread as a base.
The background is still a WIP as it seems like to be cobbled together with the same textures over and over again...
No "spiked D" version (uses Seidolon's cutout as the base) :
Fixed "D" version (just mirrored the "M" and matched the color palette :

@DIMOSHunter
Would like to see that pistol finished, with enough fire frames, and brown glove support, we need a proper Beretta pistol for doom, instead of cheesy gamerips, toy water pistols, modern shooter aim configs, and bad made from scratch-attempts.
In other news, lowe, and behold! The infamous Mt. Meep, but in pickup form:
Credits to Scuba Steve, that guy who made the failed urban dictionary for "meep", and Chubzdoomer for the Pepsi sprite, which this is heavily edited from.

Beautiful work as always, man!DIMOShunter wrote:i love the black gloves
It's about time you should do a thread with your resources
Are these guns free to use? I need to ask because sometimes you might be thinking on using them (like the SMG).
Oh yeah, here's an edit of your HAR:
Credz to DIMOSHunter and 3D Realms only, because all the rest is ROTT related.

Nicely done, Yukes. May i ask what method did you use to rip it? I used to work with Jed's model viewer, but i mostly disliked the results.

Alright guys, I'm about done with something. What do you think of this lineup I've made for a little project I've got in the works (very early WIP)? I've tried my best to make the sprites flow stylistically; the resource pool I used in making them was very homogeneous/contained, they've all gone through many, many edits as well.

The second weapon, from left to right, is that a pistol pointing backwards? Anyway, the skin tone of those arms are different from the others. Otherwise, the weapons look similar in style.

No, it's inspired by a tec-9/grease gun, that's why it looks like that. The barrel is the small threaded part at the top.jdredalert wrote:The second weapon, from left to right, is that a pistol pointing backwards?
