Adding back the Gold Wand Sprite..

I had made that sprite from scratch for zdoom, so I don't think it's copyright infringing.

The sprite was not deleted but moved to extra .pk3 file. It's not a big deal to move it back if it's your own work. Probably we need to add credits for it too.

It may be from scratch but it's still obviously derived from the Heretic weapon. Like all other content directly related to the supported games it should remain where it is.
