Mandatory 64 edit except I failed horribly because it's 2 AM and I'm really tired, but I couldn't stop my hand from making the edit anyways

Because I kinda liked how it looked when I started adding shades to the hands, so I did it all over - was going for an Action Doom 2 look.

Looks good. I'd recommend moving the barrels over to the right a bit, also, see if you can sharpen them a bit; they look kind of blurry.

Made a couple of adjustments.

Also, firing frames:

Just because the existing frames' muzzleflashes don't loop properly with the Skullthrottle's seven-frame barrel rotation animation.
