Does Complex Doom run in Zdoom Latest??

Im curious if complex doom +LCA runs fine with zdoom??
I tried it it seems to boot up and run but before i do a playthrough is this supported and compitable??
Also it seems like Every time i kill a Legendary itll hang or Stutter for a second when a weapon stops is that because Its spawning the item or is my load out of order?

So not sure port is Zdoom Latest 2.8 i believe??

The LATEST ZDoom stable release is 2.8. Development on ZDoom stopped since Randi is no longer developing that source port anymore. I'm going to refer you to GZDoom -- which supersedes ZDoom. There's nothing preventing you from testing to see if Complex Doom runs on GZDoom.

I never really played LCA because imo the effects are just obnoxiously bad and not my taste, but perhaps you have the stutter for this particular reason? I'm pretty sure LCA has an option to disable most effects. Does it still exist when you turn it on?

LCA runs with Zandronum 2.1.2 and i think that one was @ ZDoom 2.5 feature level so it should work with ZDoom 2.8.1 (Zandro 3.0 is @2.7.1). Of course you could just try GZDoom or ZDoom32 (the 2.8.2 unofficial version which has lower requirements).
May be your machine is just slow for LCA.

My pc broke i currently play doom mods
On a raspberry pi 3b it only has latest zdoom no gzdoom there
