ZDL issue

I wanted to download ZDL, but the download page on github is missing an exe launcher. It's a fairly recent issue since the thread describing the problem was opened 4 days ago, can anyone provide an alternate link, or upload ZDL again?

These may not be the latest versions though, however they both purport to be 3.2.2.2 stable

The current build is 3.2.2.3 so there's probably hardly any difference.
