Thank you, man :) Work on D3 Remake on GZDoom in progress

Would like to restate this - Spoiler tags don't stop images from loading, and the forum layout crops images instead of resizing them, which makes it difficult to view for low-bandwidth connections and small screens.

I'm so glad to see your opinion, hidfan 8-) Work in progress. So, I take it, you are working on brightmaps?

Sorry for the bump, but I'm a bit curious about this. What's the difference between V1, V2 and V3? And I see you did 256 color versions now?

In general if I just want to make a map, which one should I get?

V1 was my first attempt at teh conversion workflow, they are still usable, but have lack a lot of things.
V2 was restarted from scratch with new rendering features, but was a bit low contrast/saturation
V3 are an improved version of V2.
As my work on this is pretty slow on the 256 colors, you should aim for MrRocket 3.6 Hi Color version : https://www.doomworld.com/vb/post/1715114

Try rotating the top texture by 90 degrees until it looks correct. It might also have to be flipped.

Will you do normal maps? This feature already in last builds of QZDoom.
