Very ugly HUD and tittle screen scaling

Post by vanfanel »

Hi there,

I am trying to make GZDoom my daily use port, but it's still showing this strange scaling artifact, while in ZDOOM everything was alright.
I am running GZDoom on SDL2 on the Raspberry Pi. An image is better than 1000 words: Just look at how broken the HUD scaling is.

This is how ZDOOM looks in fullscreen mode, using SDL2 on the Pi. Internal video mode is 320x200, and then SDL2 uses the Pi GPU to scale fullscreen (1366x768).
It looks very well as you can see:

And this is how GZDOOM looks in software mode with the same configuration:

So, whatever GZDOOM is doing that ZDOOM was not, like some ratio correction or similar, can it be disabled please?
