MODELDEF's PitchOffset and RollOffset don't work

Postby FishyClockwork » Wed Apr 06, 2022 6:44 am

Tested with GZDoom g4.7.1
and GZDoom g4.8pre-274-g049124ed2

What the title says. The test map has two model using actors. One uses MODELDEF's PitchOffset and the other uses RollOffset.
If you view the map in Ultimate Doom Builder it looks as you would expect.
But when actually loading the map in GZDoom it's as if PitchOffset and RollOffset aren't even defined.

User error? The lines are placed after the frame definition, and it seems to work fine if correctly placed before it.
Sounds like UDB is handling MODELDEF incorrectly- MODELDEF works linearly: the properties and flags are applied only to the frames defined after they were set, and can all be changed between different frames.

Can confirm it's my mistake. I wasn't aware you're supposed to define the offsets before the frame definition.
