[Fixed] Changelog out of date

The changelog for GZDoom hasn't been updated for 8 days now, it's still stuck on March 14th, despite several commits being added afterward.

Fixed. It was pointing to the git:// version of the repo, not the https:// version, and apparently Github sunsetted that avenue of access.

All that was needed was changing 'origin' on the server's local repo from git:// to https:// and it worked.
