I came across an odd pallet error of sorts with the latest GZDoom 4.7.1 where loading the only recent r61 build of HacX 2.0 as the IWAD it is seems to mess some assets' pallets in the game with completely different colors.
Some examples I seen while coming across this are the title screen, help screen, level intermission screen and Cryogun. Not sure what else as I post this.
Although, it seems like loading the thing as a WAD to the IWAD fixes that problem with some things being called of course. I wanted to bring that up though because something of the IWAD only and GZD 4.7.1 is causing an conflict.
GZDoom 4.7.1 and HacX 2.0 build has a pallet issue.

This was picking up the new widescreen assets for Hacx1.x. They were placed in a filter folder where Hacx 2 would also see them.
