[Fixed] A_Punch has shorter attack range

A_Punch has shorter attack range

Tested with: 4.7.0pre-162-gf56ad0271



Prior to this commit, the range was 64 (DEFMELEERANGE), but now it's 44 (MeleeRange).

A_Saw has the same problem.
