Pulsating lights not smooth

They flicker badly since https://github.com/coelckers/gzdoom/com ... 8a71b00630
It can be seen at the start of MAP01 with the armor bonus.

I see the same thing with Brutal Doom(s) lamp replacements that now flicker widly. I'll try to make a minimal example later out of it.

I notice the same thing with barrels, candles and the like. The flicker is quite rapid. Using Pandemonia is how I noticed, but it isn't limited to a specific mod. Anything using more dynamic lights makes it more noticeable.

Here is a small example from stripped down versions of Column, Techlamp, Techlamp2 coming from Brutal Doom Black Edition, converted in Zscript while the originals were in DECORATE.

They spread light thanks to GLDEFS.

2 cases here:
- Column is flickering all the time,
- Techlamp and Techlamp2 flicker only when "not visible" when their flare is not generated thanks to a A_CheckSight("Spawn2") codepath.

Those examples do not flicker with GZ 4.60.
